The paintings are only part of the journey.

Soon I’ll be sharing the stories, memories, little triumphs, and unexpected moments that happen behind the easel—from the inspiration behind a painting to life here in my little corner of Eastern Oregon.

Some stories will make you smile. Others may tug at your heart. But all of them are part of the journey that became Dragonfly Creations.

Dedications

I have several people to thank. First, I want to tthank my beautiful daughter, Paige you have been an inspiration to me your whole life. Thank you for never giving up on me and loving me, no matter what. To my late husband, Boomer, who inspired the name for Dragonfly Creations. Thank you for the Dance. I wouldn’t have wanted to miss a thing. To my sweet momma, thank you for encouraging me when I didn’t think I could do it. None of this would have been possible if you hadn’t pushed me to keep going. I miss you momma. To my dad, you are the one who gave me a love of the outdoors and first showed me the beauty all around us. Thank you for that. I love you all so much, each of you have molded Dragonfly Creations in some way, and for that I’ll be forever grateful.
